Winch precision reduction motor micro DC low speed reduction motor 3V5V12V micro

Model: LESU-N20

Motor applicable voltage: DC2V-4V (rated voltage is DC3V)

Motor specifications: 10*12*15 MM (N20 motor)

Gearbox specifications: 10*12 MM

Output shaft diameter: 3 MM (2.45 MM with flat position)

Output shaft length: 9.7 MM (of which the flat one is 7 MM long)

Reduction ratio: 1:97

Weight: 10g

The following is the information in this batch of deceleration detection reports:
Rated voltage: DC 3V

Rated load: 200 g.cm

Working voltage range: DC2.0V-4.0V

Working temperature: -10 degrees — 65 degrees

Motor installation position: horizontal or vertical

No-load speed: 145 rpm (plus or minus 10%)

No-load current: 58 MA

Rated load speed: 112 rpm (plus or minus 10%)

Rated load current: 213 MA

Locked rotor current: 787 MA

Locking torque: 0.82 KG.cm

Mechanical noise at rated voltage: no more than 75 DB under no load condition

After powering on and testing the machine, the sound is soft, the power is good, and the quality feels pretty good. DC brush motor, the motor speed changes with the change of voltage. We test its parameters at other voltages:
DC2V current: 45 MA rotation speed: 96 rpm
DC2.4V current: 45 MA rotation speed: 116 rpm

DC3.7V current: 48 MA rotation speed: 178 rpm

DC4.2V current: 48 MA rotation speed: 203 rpm

DC5V current: 50 MA rotation speed: 241 rpm

The accuracy of the gearbox is good. Even when we pressurize to DC5V, the motor is close to 25,000 revolutions, but the sound of the reduction motor is still soft, but to be honest, its rated load at DC3V 145 revolutions is 200 g.cm. When the voltage When DC5V is applied, its speed reaches 241 rpm, and its load must not reach 200g.cm, because the load power of the gearbox will reach twice the rated value, and the load should be about 110 g.cm. (The above is a personal understanding and has not been verified). Its specifications still emphasize that it is best to use the rated voltage DC3V, and the ambient temperature should not be too high, otherwise the life of the reduction motor cannot be guaranteed.
