1. Connect the control line of the steering gear of the two-channel reversing valve and the electrical control line of the hydraulic pump, unscrew the oil tank cap, and add 60ml hydraulic oil in advance.
2. Start the hydraulic pump motor and pay attention to the direction of the hydraulic pump motor.
3. Control the rotation of the steering gear of the reversing valve, control the hydraulic cylinder of the whole car to perform multiple maximum stroke actions, and need to add about 30ml hydraulic oil at intervals.
4. When the hydraulic cylinder performs smoothly, the hydraulic system emptying operation is completed, and the fuel tank cap is tightened.
